We care for and select olives from over 10,000 plants of the Semidana, Bosana and Tonda di Cagliari cultivars found in the olive groves of the Montiferru area and the Sinis Peninsula.

We collect them both mechanically and manually at the right stage of ripeness, preserving the integrity of the plant and the fruit with our means and our teams.

 We press the olives in our company mill with an integral 2-stage system within 12 hours of harvesting.

We keep the oil in our warehouse at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with a conical bottom prepared for under gas inerting.

We package our oil only at the time of the order, without filtering, to minimize thermal and mechanical stress on the product that is delivered to the customer.

 We personally see to the sales and distribution phases, selecting only those collaborators who fully embrace our principles, to minimize intermediaries and maintain direct contact with the consumer..
